Starting March 1st, 2023, Empire Management Group will be taking over the Association Management duties from Asset Real Estate. In the coming days you will receive communication from both companies providing you instructions on how to prepare for the change. In addition, you will receive a coupon book for the the remaining 2023 assessments. In preparation for the transition, please cancel any automatic payments you may currently have set up.
