Board Meetings
Board meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of every month (as needed) in the Oakland Meeting Hall, 221 N Arrington St, Oakland, FL 34760. Board meetings are not held in December.
All homeowners are welcome to attend the board meetings. Meetings are restricted exclusively to homeowners ONLY. This is a great opportunity to meet your Board of Directors and your neighbors. It is also an opportunity to find out what is going on in your community.

Board of Directors
- Officers of the Association shall be a President, a Vice President, a Secretary and a Treasurer
- The officers of the Association shall be appointed by the Board of Directors
- All officers shall be appointed from among the membership of the Board of Directors
- Board of Directors shall consist of not less than three (3) persons and not to exceed nine (9) persons
Architectural Review Board (ARB) Committee Meetings
When required, ARB Committee Meetings are held virtually on Wednesdays at 7:00pm. ARB committee meetings are not held during holiday periods.
(Meetings are restricted to homeowners ONLY).
ARB Committee Meetings will be held when there is a submission for consideration. To make a submission – please log-in to the HOA Homeowner Portal.
