Architectural Review Board Application
If you are planning to make any changes to your home exterior, involving painting, roofing, windows, doors, redesigning landscaping etc. you must submit an ARB (Architectural Review Board) form. Work may not commence until your request is approved.
Gate Code and Directory Entry Request
For Gate Access, New Owners/Residents can request a (3) three digit code and have your name name and call to telephone number added to the Gate Directory.
Gate Remote Request
For Gate Access, Owners/Residents can request a Gate Remote.
Maintenance Issue Report
Use this form to report a maintenance issue involving the association’s common areas.
Owner Contact Information Form
New Owners/Residents please provide your contact details (including tenant contact details if applicable).
Owners/Residents can also use this form to update their contact details.
Resident Vehicle ID Cling Request
Resident Vehicle ID Clings: Resident Vehicle ID Clings are only available for vehicles that are VERIFIED as registered to an address in the John’s Landing Community.
*Insurance with a John’s Landing Community Address is required for every vehicle ID cling request*.
Temporary Parking Permit Request
Residents can request a Temporary Parking Permit for overnight street parking or parking for up to 24 hours in a community lot.
Vendor/Temporary Gate Code Request Form
A resident can request a Temporary Vendor Gate Code for vendors such as Garden Service/Landscaping, Pool Service, Maid Service, Construction Crew, Medical Personal, Pet Sitters etc
Vendor codes are limited to business hours only and are for vendors such as Garden Service/Landscaping, Pool Service, Maid Service, Construction Crew etc.
Temporary codes are for use for a specified time and are for vendors such as Medical Personal, Pet Sitters etc
Violation Report Form
A homeowner that is aware of a violation should contact the HOA by filling out the “Violation Report Form” to report the violation.
All reports are treated as “HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL”. Complaint source will be kept strictly anonymous.
Online Payment
Never pay your dues late again.
Complete the Authorization Agreement for Automatic Debit form to have your Annual HOA Dues paid on time by Automatic Debit from your bank account.
