Halloween Trick or Treat 2021: October 31, 2021
Trick or Treating is held annually on October 31, Halloween night between 6:00pm and 8:30pm.
If you plan to participate please tie a orange ribbon, bow or decoration to your mailbox.
Residents without orange ribbons, bows or decorations should not be disturbed during this event.

Reminder:
Fireworks may not be set off around ponds or in recreational areas in John’s Landing.
With the approaching holiday weekend the John’s Landing HOA would like to remind residents that fireworks may not be set off around ponds or recreational areas including the boat dock and playground.
Fireworks may only be set-off from within the residents own property. In doing so resident assumes all responsibility for any damage incurred to surrounding homes and HOA property. All firework residue to be cleaned up within 24 hours.
- Fireworks are not permitted to be set-off within the area around ponds and the boat dock
- Fireworks are not to be set-off on empty lots
- Fireworks may only be set-off from within the residents own property
- In doing so resident assumes all responsibility for any damage incurred to surrounding homes and HOA property
- All firework residue to be cleaned up within 24 hours
- Please be considerate to neighbors and pets
On this Memoria Day we are forever grateful for the ultimate sacrifice of those who died for our country.
May their courage and dedication never be forgotten.

John’s Landing HOA is following CDC guidelines and adhering to local government mandates:
When in proximity to other residents in the John’s Landing Community, keep six-feet apart. Face masks are required in John’s Landing common areas.
December 13th, 2020 6:15 pm
The Annual Johns Lake Boat Parade will be on Sunday, December 13th, at 6:00 pm.
All boats participating should meet in Johns Lake, in the cove to the northeast of Deer Island a few minutes before 6:00 pm.
The parade goes along the north shore of Johns Lake and lasts about 1 hour.
In the past, we’ve had as many as 20 boats in the parade.
