Association Assessments Due
Association assessments are due twice a year, January 1st and July 1st of every year.
Please make check payable to Johns Landing Homeowners Association.
The next Association dues are due on July 1, 2021.
HOA Annual Dues must be received prior to August 1st 2021.
From September 1st, 2021 all non-paid dues will be placed into delinquency and subject to fines, penalties and a lien placed against the property until paid in full.

Fireworks may not be set off around ponds or in recreational areas in John’s Landing.
With the approaching holiday weekend the John’s Landing HOA would like to remind residents that fireworks may not be set off around ponds or recreational areas including the boat dock and playground.
Fireworks may only be set-off from within the residents own property. In doing so resident assumes all responsibility for any damage incurred to surrounding homes and HOA property. All firework residue to be cleaned up within 24 hours.
- Fireworks are not permitted to be set-off within the area around ponds and the boat dock
- Fireworks are not to be set-off on empty lots
- Fireworks may only be set-off from within the residents own property
- In doing so resident assumes all responsibility for any damage incurred to surrounding homes and HOA property
- All firework residue to be cleaned up within 24 hours
- Please be considerate to neighbors and pets

Finalize your spring cleaning and be prepared for the John’s Landing HOA Garage Sale 2021.
Pressure washing of the entrance and common areas of John’s Landing Community is scheduled for the week of April 12-16.
Please note that sidewalks in front of homes will not be pressure cleaned only common areas.
Sidewalks directly in front of residences are the responsibility of the homeowner to clean and maintain.
The Johns Landing HOA is excited to announce that the community now has a new jungle gym in the playground area near the entrance.
The brand new jungle gym is 32ft x 32ft with a child capacity of 34, offering 8 different activities for children ages 5 to 12.
Children were already enjoying the new jungle gym this morning.
Delivery and installation of the new playground equipment is scheduled for Monday March 29, 2021, weather permitting.
This will be an exciting upgrade to the Johns Landing community playground. The new playground equipment is a 32ft x 32ft jungle gym with a child capacity of 34, offering 8 different activities for children ages 5 to 12.
Reminder to residents; please note that vehicle dismantling, servicing, rebuilding, repairs, repaint or abandonment is not permitted on any property in the John’s Landing Community.
Permissible are the day-to-day maintenance of vehicles such as washing, waxing and polishing.
Violations should be reported via the John’s Landing Violation Report Form.
Tree Trimming in the common areas of the John’s Landing Community will commence on Monday March 22, 2021.
Trimmers will start at the boat dock, work their way to the Oak trees in front of the pond on Largovista, then move to the entrance and recreational area which will be last areas to be trimmed.
Residents may have noticed signs erected around all the ponds in the community and at the boat dock.
The areas around the ponds are the community Storm Water Management System and not recreational areas and can therefor not be used for recreational purposes.
No Fishing
Pursuant to existing law, the governing water management authority specifically states that community retention ponds are NOT to be used for recreation such as Swimming, Boating and Fishing. The governing water management authority originally stocked community ponds and cautions that removal of fish will result in a breakdown of the eco system.
Removal of fish will result in substantial financial costs to the community for the restoration of the eco system in the ponds.

The area at the boat dock is for the active launching and retrieving of boats and water craft.
Parking is not permitted in the boat dock area, vehicles are only permitted in the area for active launching and retrieval.
Please park on Largovista Dr next to the pond while boating and be mindful to residents in Largovista Dr by not blocking driveways and not parking directly across from driveways
