John’s Landing HOA is following CDC guidelines and adhering to local government mandates:
When in proximity to other residents in the John’s Landing Community, keep six-feet apart. Face masks are required in John’s Landing common areas.

The Annual Johns Lake Boat Parade will be on Sunday, December 13th, at 6:00 pm.
All boats participating should meet in Johns Lake, in the cove to the northeast of Deer Island a few minutes before 6:00 pm.
The parade goes along the north shore of Johns Lake and lasts about 1 hour.
In the past, we’ve had as many as 20 boats in the parade.
Come out for a great time!

Association Assessments Due
Association assessments are due twice a year, January 1st and July 1st of every year.
Please make check payable to Johns Landing Homeowners Association.
The next Association dues are due on January 1, 2021.
HOA Annual Dues must be received prior to Feb 1st 2021.
On February 1st, 2010 all non paid dues will be placed into delinquency and subject to fines, penalties and a lien placed against the property until paid in full.
