Update – Gate Code & Directory Request Process (ButterflyMX System)

With the recent implementation of the ButterflyMX Smart Entry System, the previous process for requesting 4-digit gate codes and directory listings has been replaced.

Please read below for updated instructions and important changes:

🚫 Old Gate Entry Codes
The previously used 4-digit gate access codes are no longer supported and have been permanently deactivated.
Gate access is now managed through the ButterflyMX app, which provides secure, app-based control and personal 6-digit PINs for each registered resident.

✅ New Directory Listings
Residents are now listed in the ButterflyMX directory, which displays resident names only (home addresses are no longer shown for privacy).

🚗 Requesting Gate Access
If you are a new resident or need to update your directory name, please contact Folio Association Management directly to request changes and provide your email address to receive an invitation to the ButterflyMX system..
Only resident adult drivers who require vehicle gate access should be included.

All access for residents is now handled through ButterflyMX:
For residents: Once you receive your ButterflyMX invitation via email register through the ButterflyMX app to view your personal 6-digit access PIN and app functionality.
For guests/deliveries: You can generate visitor PINs or virtual keys directly through the app.

📝 No Online Form Required
The old online form for code or directory requests is no longer in use.
