Architectural Review Board Applications
Please complete and submit form for ARB approval prior to commencement of any work on your property
Any work performed without prior Architectural Review Board (ARB) Committee approval, which is required pursuant to the Johns Landing Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Easements & Restrictions Article XV, may be subject to a $500 fine.

*Applications without the required information and supporting documents requested will be REJECTED and automatically DECLINED.*

The Architectural Review Board (ARB) Committee meets when required on Wednesdays (except on holidays) at 7:00 PM via Zoom.
Only complete, accepted ARB applications are processed at ARB Meetings. (Meetings are restricted to homeowners ONLY).
In order to be included in the meeting agenda, all ARB applications must be submitted and ACCEPTED as complete by the management company’s ARC department no later than midnight on the Thursday preceding the meeting.
ARB committee meetings are NOT held during holiday periods.
